Village Vets Bray is a well-regarded veterinary clinic located in Bray, Ireland, known for its compassionate and knowledgeable care. The clinic has an impressive overall Google Maps rating of 4.7 stars, based on 474 reviews, indicating a high level of satisfaction among a substantial number of clients.
Positive reviews frequently highlight the clinic's caring and professional staff. Clients like Caroline Mullen and Aislinn De Barra have praised team members, particularly Toni, Estrella, Claire, and Stephen, for their compassionate treatment of pets requiring special care. Caroline appreciated the excellent care provided during her pet Kiki's surgery, while Aislinn expressed gratitude for the support offered to her elderly dog Odie in his final days. Rachel Woods also commended the staff's patience and dedication during her visit with her guinea pigs.
However, not all feedback is positive. Veronica Klusch and Lisa Carey reported unsatisfactory experiences, citing issues with pricing, management, and care. Veronica was dissatisfied with the lack of improvement in her pet's health despite significant expenses, while Lisa criticized the high fees for a referral related to a post-mortem examination and felt there was a lack of support for small animals like rabbits.

The clinic's reputation for compassionate care and knowledgeable staff makes it a trusted choice for many pet owners in Bray. Pricing details are not prominently listed, but some reviews indicate concerns about cost, which potential clients might want to consider.

Have always found the team at village vets bray to be kind, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate in all our dealings with them over the past 2 years. The care they gave kiki when she had surgery to remove her eye last week was excellent, Toni was so patient in explaining it all to us and she looked after Kiki exceptionally well, as did the rest of the team. Have always recommended the clinic in the past and will continue to do so, as our experience has always been positive. We have witnessed it time and time again in the waiting room how all the staff are so affectionate with the animals, especially estrella. Thank you for the care you give 🐾

Extremely disappointed with Village Vets Bray. I’ve spent €170 a few days ago and another €397 today for an ear problem, and there’s been almost no improvement and no clear solution offered. The level of care and organisation is shocking — today my appointment wasn’t even on their system, and I had to wait a long time because of the reception’s lack of attention. For the amount they charge, this kind of service is unacceptable. I will be changing vets immediately. Overpriced, disorganised, and ineffective — I would not recommend Village Vets to anyone who values their time or money.

Absolutely no consideration for small animal s (rabbits). The receptionist, (an American girl )couldn't of done more for me after losing my 3 rabbits in 24 hrs. She told me that ucd were looking to do a PM on rabbits (free of charge once i get them there but needed a referral letter from a vet) Imagine this vet was charging 230euro just to send a referral to ucd for a pm + 80 euro to transport the rabbit. They won't hav any research on domestic pets

want to sincerely thank everyone at Village Vets Bray for the incredible care and kindness they gave to my dog Odie in his later years. At 17, he was a little old man with many needs, but Toni, Estrella, Claire, Stephen, and the rest of the wonderful staff always treated him with such patience, warmth, and respect. Even though they only got to know Odie towards the end of his life, they made such a difference to his comfort and happiness. Their compassion and gentleness shone through at every visit, and when the time came to say goodbye three months ago, they supported us both with such empathy and dignity. I’ll always be grateful for the way they cared for odie It means the world to know that his final chapter was filled with kindness. Thank you for everything you did for my boy — it will never be forgotten. A special thank you to our amazing vet Toni, you are one of a kind and we are forever grateful for you ❤️ Aislinn and Shane x

I went to Village Vets for the first time yesterday with my 3 new guinea pigs. Absolutely amazing staff, from the girls at front desk to the nurses and vets all were amazing... I was slightly worried about one of them and they gave all 3 a great work over, had all the patience in the world and were very reassuring and gave great advice. They clearly adore the animals and care very deeply. Highly recommend!
