Pete was incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring with our dog. He clearly has extensive knowledge and experience, which gave us great confidence in the care our dog received. The healthcare plan is excellent value, especially for dogs that need frequent vet visits. The reception team is also very responsive and easy to reach via both WhatsApp and email.

Very happy with care provided by Village Vets Old Conna. Front of house staff are always friendly and helpful. Vets are very thorough and trustworthy. I feel my dogs are in the best hands when I have to take them to the vet. The Pet Plan insurance is a great help making care affordable

Milo our 8 month old cockapoo saw Emma, she’s amazing with him, a very stress free visit, very professional, highly recommend, we are delighted with his care.

Our vet, Dr. Jen is wonderful. She has a lovely way with animals and our dog milo adores her! She even phoned one of the days to check in on him after he was in for a few hours with a sick tummy. You can tell she loves her job and really genuinely cares!! The other vets we would have seen here at the clinic before are also great! Receptionists/veterinary nurses are so kind and lovely too. Very impressed and highly recommend!
